Our Story
Ikhlas Hotel Management was built on a simple belief — that hospitality should be sincere, dependable, and comfortable for every guest.
What started as a single property has grown into a multi-location hotel management group, driven by hands-on experience and a commitment to consistent service.
The First Step
Our journey began with The Ardens Hotel - Austin Perdana (2017 - January 2024) and Zoom Inn Boutique Hotel - Danga Bay (2017 - Present).
These early properties laid the foundation of our operations, where we developed our core strengths in daily hotel management, guest service, and operational consistency.
Expanding Experience
We continued our growth with GD Hotel (February 2021 - February 2025), further strengthening our ability to manage multiple properties while maintaining service standards and efficiency.
Strategic Growth
In October 2023, we expanded with Kozi Hotel Danga Bay and Kozi Hotel Bukit Indah (October 2023 - Present).
This marked a key step forward in scaling our operations and managing a broader portfolio of hotels
